The Gallery outsources packing and shipping. We will assist customers by obtaining shipping quotes from the best shippers in the area. It is then up to customers to select the shipper that best meets their needs. Any items that are damaged during shipment will be covered under insurance and is handled directly between the shipper and the customer. No refunds are available for items damaged during shipping.
